The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars took to TikTok and recreated one of the most iconic reunion scenes from the franchise.
During the season 3 reunion, Caroline Manzo and Teresa went head-to-head over some comments Teresa made in her first cookbook about Caroline.
If you recall, in Teresa’s first cookbook, Fabulicious!, Teresa slammed Caroline’s cooking saying “Caroline’s as Italian as the Olive Garden.”
While Teresa claimed she was a “huge fan of Caroline,” she then shaded Caroline’s heritage writing, “Even if she’s 1/16 Italian.”
“I thought we were cooking authentic Italian food,” Teresa wrote about her and Caroline’s meatball cookoff on Rachel Ray. “Caroline deep-fried her meatballs. Deep-fried? Who does that? Does she serve fried Twinkies for dessert?”
Teresa then went in on Caroline’s son, writing, “Albie and Christopher Manzo are adorable, but don’t let them fool you. Their ‘L’ in ‘GTL’ (Gym-Tanning-Laundry) is ‘Leave it for Mom.’”
At the season 3 reunion, Teresa said the comments from her cookbook were all a joke as in “haha, laugh, funny.”
But as we all know, Caroline didn’t find them very funny at all.
“That’s funny?” Caroline asked Teresa.
“To me, it’s funny, yeah. Do you have a sense of humor?” Teresa quipped.
Now that we’ve taken a stroll down memory lane, let’s check out Teresa and Melissa’s TikTok video.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey will return to Bravo in late 2020 or early 2021.
