As if social distancing wasn’t bad enough, anyone who was planning on escaping from reality with the RHOA reunion is going to be very disappointed.
Pretty much the entire country has shut down, encouraging citizens to stay at home which naturally translates to more TV. While many no doubt planned to unwind with the Atlanta reunion, the taping has been stalled due to the current coronavirus pandemic. The season 12 reunion which was scheduled to be taped this week has been cancelled, as reported by BET.
The bossman himself, Andy Cohen, confirmed via Twitter that the reunion had been postponed until further notice; however promised we would still get it. Andy responded to a fan asking about the taping stating the reunion was still on; however the taping was TBD:
“Postponed! Omg we all need something to look forward to. And you will get it!”
Andy also proved he was taking the social distancing/self quarantine seriously as he posted the following photo of his work from home day:
Everything has been affected by the coronavirus, and while I’m disappointed we will have to wait for the reunion, I’m glad to see even Bravo is on board with best practices that are being followed by the rest of the country. In the meantime we will have plenty of re-runs to keep us satisfied!
