On Sunday’s Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, NeNe commented on the end of Kenya’s marriage to Marc Daly which was chronicled on last week’s episode of RHOA.
After Andy shared a clip of Marc and Kenya bickering, NeNe feigned sympathy for her longtime RHOA co-star’s marital woes.
“I guess it was sad,” NeNe said as she sipped on champagne.
Andy then showed more footage from Sunday’s episode of RHOA. In the clip, Marc said he hated everything that came along with being married to Kenya including RHOA.
When asked if he’s “enjoying the ride that comes with being married,” Marc says “No, I hate it. Everybody knows that.”
“Tell them that’s it. They can’t film forever. Tell them they got to wrap it,” Marc said to producers. “Don’t tell me I got it. I’m giving you five minutes and then I’m gonna take care of it. If I come back down here it’s going to be ugly. I don’t give an F. End it. They’re never gonna see me again after the event.”
Not surprisingly, NeNe was STILL unmoved by the drama. She went on to explain that she finds it hard to feel bad for Kenya after she’s meddled in so many marriages on RHOA. In fact, NeNe feels karma is coming back to bite Kenya hard!
“It’s really hard to feel sorry for someone that does things to other people’s marriages and relationships,” NeNe explained. “She’s done it to Phaedra, she’s done it to Tanya, she’s done it to me, so it’s really hard to feel sorry, it’s almost like, well, karma’s a bitch.”
As any hardcore RHOA fan knows, this season Kenya got involved in Tanya Sam’s relationship when she brought around the “Cookie Lady” who claims that Tanya’s fiancé hit on her at a recent event. In the past, Kenya also inserted herself into Phaedra Park’s marriage to Apollo Nida. Kenya accused Phaedra of cheating on Apollo while also being accused of sexting Apollo during his marriage to Phaedra.
Meanwhile, NeNe was later asked by a caller if there’s one member of the RHOA cast she’d like to get rid of and NeNe’s response was quite shocking.
Despite her issues with Kenya and several other members of the RHOA cast, NeNe says she wouldn’t get rid of any of them.
NeNe said, “I’m here for the show. No matter how much I argue with someone. But I think these girls are great for the show, in their own way.”
The Real Housewives of Atlanta airs on Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
Thoughts on NeNe’s comments? Is it hard to have sympathy for Kenya’s marital woes? Did Marc’s comments about marriage shock you? Which Atlanta Housewife would you get rid of?
