Tamra Judge is moving on to bigger and better things a month after exiting the Real Housewives of Orange County.
The former RHOC star is in the process of selling her $2 million Orange County home.
If you’re thinking the Tamra had to sell her home because she needed the money – think again!
On Thursday’s episode of Jeff Lewis Live on Sirius XM Radio, Tamra revealed that she’s moving out of the 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Coto de Caza home she shares with her husband Eddie Judge.
Tamra and Eddie purchased the property for $2 million back in October 2018 but have decided to move after receiving an offer they couldn’t refuse.
“I had so much happen to me in one week,” Tamra told Jeff Lewis. Tamra went on to explain that days after announcing her exit from RHOC her realtor Shelley Black approached her with a buyer for her Coto home.
“Our house wasn’t even on the market!” Tamra explained. “My good friend Shelley Black…she said, ‘Hey, I have somebody who wants to buy your house.’”
“I was like, ‘Sold!’” Tamra said. The property is currently in escrow.
Tamra said that despite the timing of everything, this move has nothing to do with her finances.
“Everybody’s going to be like, ‘Oh my god she can’t afford her house,’” she laughed.
“We’re going to start flipping,” said Tamra, who worked in real estate before Housewives and has kept up with her license. “I love it. I really miss real estate.”
Perhaps we will see Eddie and Tamra back on TV with their own house-flipping show on Bravo!
The Real Housewives of Orange County are expected to return to Bravo for season 15 in mid-to-late 2020.
