As we’ve previously reported, Vicki and Tamra both left RHOC within 24-hours of each other leaving fans shocked.
So, it’s not surprising to hear that Shannon is “nervous” about returning to the show without two of her closest allies.
“Emily (Simpson), Gina (Kirschenheiter), Braunwyn (Windham-Burke), Shannon and Kelly (Dodd) are all happy to be back filming RHOC. They all started filming this week, some separately and some together,” an insider dished to HollywoodLife.
“It’s too early to tell what everyone’s real storyline are going to be, but they all know new faces are coming. They were all left feeling nervous after Vicki and Tamra were not returning, so they’re thankful to be coming back. Kelly really wants one of her friends to join the new cast and the ladies are still waiting to see who the new ladies are as they haven’t begun filming, but they all gave recommendations.”
The source continued, “Shannon is a bit nervous to not have Vicki and Tamra there. She’s sad about it, but she knows she’ll find her own groove and [a] new storyline. She’s happier and more in love than she’s ever been, her business is doing well, so she has a lot going on. It seems like she will have no choice but to talk to Kelly about moving past everything at some point.”
Shannon and Kelly had a falling out during season 14 when Kelly jokingly hit Shannon on the head during a retreat in Arizona. They were further pulled apart by Kelly’s issues with Tamra and Vicki. Being part of the Tres Amigas, Shannon naturally took Tamra and Vicki’s side in the drama.
From what we know about season 15 of RHOC, one to three new Housewives will be joining the mix. Many of the rumored newbies are said to be close friends of Kelly and Braunwyn. Other reports suggest that Braunwyn will be the star of season 15 after making a splash during her debut season.
Kelly and Braunwyn started filming season 15 early this week while Gina confirmed her return to the show as well.
Only time will tell what’s to come for season 15 but stay glued to AllAboutTRH for all the latest updates.
The Real Housewives of Orange County are expected to return to Bravo for season 15 in mid-to-late 2020.
