Carole Radziwill quickly became a fan favorite when she joined the Real Housewives of New York in 2011. Then in 2019, after six seasons of drama, she shockingly announced her departure following a major falling out with her on and off-screen BFF Bethenny Frankel.
Now that Bethenny is no longer apart of the show, many have wondered if Carole would ever give Real Housewives another go.
But alas it turns out that a return to the Real Housewives of New York is NOT in the cards for Carole.
“No, I would not return,” Carole confirmed to HolylwoodLife. “There’s women on the show that I still have a genuine connection with, who I respect, and admire, but I would not go back on the show,” she said, explaining, “It’s not something that I would ever consider doing again, because it just feels like there’s really not more to explore there for me.”
However, Carole isn’t closing the door on other TV opportunities.
“I’m open to doing scripted television shows based on my experiences,” she said. “So, that’s sort of more my interest, and other projects that are not reality projects, or scripted television projects. I think that’s the direction in which my life is taking me. And, you know what they say in Hollywood, ‘Ride the horse in the direction it’s going,’ and the horse is definitely not going towards the reality show.”
Meanwhile, Carole also shared her thoughts on Tinsley Mortimer and Scott Kluth’s recent engagement. If you recall Carole introduced Scott and Tinsley while filming the RHONY and actually accompanied them on their first date along with her ex-boyfriend Adam.
“Oh my God, that was so unexpected,” Carole said of Tinsley and Scott‘s engagement. As for her matching making skills, Carole says, “Yeah, you’d think that’s good karma.”
Turns out Tinsley was also shocked that Scott popped the question. She recently told HollywoodLife, “YES, I was totally surprised! I thought we were going out to dinner and the next thing I knew the Christmas carolers were singing our song ‘A Thousand Years’ and he was down on one knee. He absolutely swept me off my feet that night.”
As for Carole’s love life, she says, “I find time to do the things that I love, but the great thing about not being on a reality show is your private life can be private. To be honest, it’s a nice feeling. It’s a nice feeling to have some privacy in that area of my life.”
