If you’re secretly hoping that Bravo rethinks the Real Housewives of Chicago be prepared to be disappointed!
Andy Cohen is revealing why the Real Housewives of Chicago won’t be happening – anytime soon, if ever!
On Wednesday’s Radio Andy, Andy addressed those pesky Real Housewives of Chicago rumors.
“We just didn’t find the right casting for Chicago. Whatever casting we did, it wasn’t right and we haven’t gone back to do more. That’s the issue,” Andy explained.
And it turns out that even Tinsley Mortimer‘s upcoming move to the Windy City won’t change Bravo‘s decision.
“If we were going to start a new franchise, I just think it would be with someone who had deep roots in Chicago,” Andy admitted. “Who had a whole real, big life in Chicago. If she’s just moving there…”
I know fans were really hoping that Tinsley’s move from New York to Chicago could be the launching point for Real Housewives of Chicago but I guess Bravo doesn’t think that a good idea.
The Real Housewives of New York will return to Bravo for season 12 in early 2020.
Thoughts on Andy’s comments? Do you think Bravo is giving up on RHOChicago too easily? Should they try recasting again? Sound off below!
