Joe and Melissa Gorga have taken their $2.9 million dollar mansion off the market!
According to Bravo Home & Design, Joe and Melissa have changed their minds about selling their home in Montville, New Jersey. The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple have been putting their house on-and-off the market for awhile. They initially listed their house back in October of 2017 for $3.5 million dollars, then took it off the market. They relisted their property for $3.29 million dollars a year later, and de-listed it in February. Then they re-listed it in April for $2.948 million dollars. It’s currently listed as being off the market on Zillow.
Joe and Melissa’s home is a 9,100-square-foot, six-bedroom, seven-and-a-half-bathroom estate. They also bought a 3,500-square-foot beach house on the Jersey Shore. Their waterfront property was a whopping $1 million dollars and features a swimming pool.
Joe and Melissa’s home is seen on the RHONJ. It features a movie theater, billiards room, library, gym, hair salon, recording studio, pool, and a four-car garage.
Their home is beautiful! I think they should just stay there for good, as it’s where their children have been growing up. I can’t picture them living elsewhere, especially since this is the home they lived in when they first joined the RHONJ for season 3.
Thoughts on this? Will Joe and Melissa stay in their mansion or put it on the market again down the road? Thoughts on this season of the RHONJ so far? Share below!
