Stassi Schroeder spilled some surprising tea during a recent episode of her podcast.
On the October 25th episode of her podcast, Stassi was joined by Watch What Crappens hosts Ronnie and Ben and dished on a bevy of reality TV topics!
During the episode, Stassi revealed that most of her Vanderpump Rules co-stars only pretend to work at SUR. However, Stassi didn’t stop there. She also dished on Lisa Vanderpump‘s exit from the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and compared it to Bethenny Frankel’s departure from the Real Housewives of New York.
“I think this season is going to be the most interesting because we do have new people who work at the restaurant and those of us who were pretending to work at the restaurant aren’t really having to,” Stassi said on Straight Up With Stassi.
“They are showing what’s really actually going on,” she continued, “and Ariana doesn’t have to pretend to go clock in order to go to Mexico.”
Stassi then moved on and brought up Bethenny’s exit from RHONY. In August, Bethenny shockingly announced she was leaving RHONY on the day filming for season 12 started.
“What are we going to do now that Bethenny left?” Stassi wondered. “Do you think she could have been fired?”
Stassi reveals she’s not a huge fan of the SkinnyGirl mogul and insists B says “different sh*t all the time.” However, Stassi also admits she’s “scared” of Bethenny.
She then compared Bethenny’s “f**k you” exit from RHONY to Lisa Vanderpump’s similar exit from RHOBH.
“That’s also what Lisa did. They both told the press before they told [Bravo TV],” Stassi pointed out before quickly changing the subject. “I don’t know why I brought that up because all it’s going to do is get me in trouble if I say one word.”
The Pump Rules star, who got engaged to her longtime boyfriend Beau Clark a month after their co-stars Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright tied the knot in Kentucky, reveals that she and Beau are “insecure” about the timing of their engagement.
“But listen, we knew we had to do it on camera [and] he convinced me it wasn’t going to happen this season,” she explained.
Meanwhile, Stassi also agreed with Ronnie and Ben that her ex-boyfriend Patrick Meagher is a “pr*ck.”
Vanderpump Rules will return to Bravo for season 8 in late 2019 or early 2020.
Thoughts on Stassi’s comments? Should LVP and Bethenny have told Bravo they were leaving before making public announcements? Are you surprised Stassi admitted that the Pump Rules cast doesn’t work at SUR?
