According to The Blast, Matt wants to grill the Real Housewives of Orange County star over her domestic violence allegations.
Matt has asked a judge to order Gina to sit for a deposition. He is also demanding that she turn over her financial records including her RHOC contract.
The former couple is set to face off in court in January but Matt wants to depose Gina before the hearing to help build his case. However, Matt alleges that Gina, so far, has refused to sit for a deposition and wants a judge to force her to do so. Matt also wants the judge to sanction Gina $5,444.71 for her failure to sit for a deposition.
When Gina and Matt meet in court in January they will be battling it out over custody, child support, and the restraining order Gina has taken out against Matt. Although, Matt alleges that Gina has said that she will only discuss financial matters and nothing else.
The RHOC star and her ex ended their marriage in July 2018 after 8-years of marriage. She cited irreconcilable differences as the cause for the split. The two attempted a brief reconciliation earlier this year but that ended as quickly as it started.
Back in June, Matt was arrested and later charged with domestic violence and false imprisonment. In August, a judge signed off on Matt and Gina’s divorce but it will not be finalized until January 2020. Matt was also ordered to pay Gina $10K a month in child and spousal support but he currently is fighting the order. After his arrest in June, Matt was fired from his job and is no longer raking in the money he was prior. Matt also claims that Gina makes more than enough from RHOC to support herself and their three kids Sienna, 5, and sons Nicholas, 7, and Luca, 4. Matt is also seeking joint custody.
Gina and Matt will face off in court on January 15, 2020.
The Real Housewives of Orange County air Tuesdays at 9 pm EST on Bravo.
