Back on the market!
Dorit Kemsley and her husband Paul ‘PK’ Kemsley have relisted their Beverly Hills Mansion. This time around they’ve slashed the price down to $7.5M.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple first purchased the home in 2016 for $6,565,000. Less than a year later in July 2017 they first listed the mansion for a whopping $12.75M.
It’s no secret that Dorit and PK have been trying to unload the property for years. In hopes of doing just that they have been dropping the asking price lower and lower.
In January 2018, the couple slashed the asking price to $11M while claiming they wanted to relocate to a more family-friendly home with a bigger backyard for their two children Jagger and Phoenix.
Over the next year and a half, the asking price continued to drop until the home reappeared on the market in October 2019.
The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom Contemporary Mediterranean style home was built in 1993. The 8,600-square-foot home sits on about half an acre with stunning views of the Los Angeles skyline.
The reality TV mansion also boasts a top-of-the-line theater room, wine room, home office, elevator, and sauna.

In August 2019, Dorit and PK moved out of their Beverly Hills mansion and moved into a new $7M modern farmhouse home located in the Encino neighborhood of Los Angeles.
In other news, Dorit and PK recently put their various legal issues behind them once and for all! Earlier this week, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple settled their lawsuits with Ryan Horne and Nicos Kirzis.
“These matters, which were never as concerning to the Kemsleys as they were made to appear, have now been resolved,” attorney Matthew Pace of Rimon Law told E! News. “The Kemsleys look forward to the next chapter without the legal encumbrances of the last few years.”
