Joe Giudice Granted Italy Travel Request Amid Deportation Appeal

Joe Giudice is going home…to Italy…for now.

E! News reports that two judges have signed off on Joe’s request to be released from ICE custody so he can travel to Italy while he awaits a decision in his deportation appeal.

A source says that arrangements are being made for Joe to travel to Italy as soon as possible. Joe will return to Italy in the next few weeks after his travel documents are produced and his flight arrangements are made.

Another source says that “there is a plan in place and a location picked out for Joe.”

Joe is due back in court in November for his appeal case.

Since March 2019, Joe has called ICE’s Clinton County Correctional Facility in McElhattan, Pennsylvania home. Living in ICE custody is reportedly taking a huge toll on Joe.

I don’t know why Joe would voluntarily leave the United States since he may never be able to get back in if he loses his deportation appeal. Hopefully, the people who are advising Joe know what they are doing.

Stay tuned for more updates on this developing story!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey returns for season 10 on Wednesday, November 6th at 9 pm EST on Bravo.
