Judge Orders $30K In Dorit Kemsley’s Frozen Bank Account Be Seized

Dorit Kemsley has lost her battle to save the $30K in her frozen bank account amid her husband Paul “PK’ Kemsley’s million-dollar legal battle.

According to The Blast, a judge ordered the $29,634.10 in Dorit’s bank account to be seized. The funds will be handed over to Nicos Kirzis, who is suing PK for $1.2M after loaning him the money back in 2011.

Months ago the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star‘s City National bank account was frozen as part of the ongoing court battle.

Dorit insisted that the account was solely her money and claimed that her husband had not contributed a dime to account. She asked the judge to not allow Kirzis to touch the funds.

However, Kirzis argued that Dorit failed to prove that the cash in the bank account only belonged to her.

In court this week, the RHOBH couple decided to give up the fight to save the $30K in Dorit’s City National bank account. A judge later ordered the money be sent over to Kirzis.

Despite the victory for Kirzis the $30K will not make a dent in the $1.2M PK owes him.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will return to Bravo for season 10 in early 2020.
