Denise Richards is going after her ex-husband Charlie Sheen for some big bucks!
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star claims that her ex owes her nearly half a million dollars in owed back child support for their two daughters Sam and Lola. She further accuses Charlie of hiding money to avoid paying her.
Denise is taking Charlie to court and is asking a judge to force the former Two and a Half Men star to pay up.
According to court documents, Denise claims “[Charlie] has squandered over $24,000,000 from the sale in his interest in ‘Two and a Half Men’ to pay his personal debts and to support his extravagant lifestyle at the expense of support payments for his children.”
Adding, “During the time frame since our last stipulation/order in 2016 he has failed to pay $450,000 in support while diverting over $600,000 in assets to adult family members and converting thousands of dollars into cash for his own personal use.”
In the documents, Denise doesn’t name which family member Charlie is allegedly diverting money to or if she has any proof to back up her allegations.
As for Charlie, he told The Blast in a statement: “D and her legal posse traffic only in fiction my day in court is painfully overdue. She is behaving like a coward and the truth will prevail.”
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will return to Bravo for season 10 in early 2020.
