New season new Shannon!

To be blunt, last season Shannon Beador was a mess. Between her public divorce, David’s new girlfriend and her weight struggle, Shannon was often seen in tears and it was clear that she wasn’t in a good place.

During her recent appearance on WWHL Shannon admitted that she is not only physically in a better place but also in a better place with her ex husband David Beador. While the two aren’t exactly having Sunday dinners together, they are trying to put their personal feelings aside to focus on their daughters. On her divorce, Shannon states:

“My divorce is finalized and you’ll see that this season. We have 50/50 custody with the kids.”

“You always want to put the good intention out there and have this friendly relationship — that didn’t work out with me. But that being said, we’re trying to co-parent the best we can.”

Despite them moving forward, Shannon still has yet to meet David’s current girlfriend Lesley Cook.

Shannon has vowed to move on from her bitter divorce and focus on herself and being the best parent she can be. We’ve only seen one episode so far and it’s clear that Shannon has already brought out ‘fun Shannon’ which is someone we haven’t seen in a long time!

Thoughts on Shannon’s comments? Do you think we will see a new Shannon this season?
