Bad news for LVP fans that were hoping for a 1-1 sit down Andy Cohen – it ain’t happening!
Lisa Vanderpump famously skipped the RHOBH reunion after she quit the show which some applauded and outraged others. Some fans stated that LVP was treated so poorly by the women that they agreed she shouldn’t have attended while others argued that it was part of the job and she should have been there.
No matter which side you were on, both sides agreed that Andy Cohen (who loves his ratings) would never let LVP skip all together and may do a 1-1 special as he did with Teresa Giudice and Luann de Lesseps. Andy heard the rumors and recently clarified, stating that he wasn’t going to give LVP any special treatment.
Opening up to Vulture, Andy states: “I’m not going to do a Lisa rebuttal show. Her time to say her peace was at the reunion, and she gave up that opportunity.”
And there you have it – straight from the horses’s mouth!
From Vanderpump’s standpoint, she hinted months before the reunion filmed that she wouldn’t be attending stating:
“The objective of the reunion is to reunite, right? And I have no inclination to reunite with the women who’ve been harassing me for 10 months now. So in all probability, no.”
For anyone looking for an LVP sighting, Lisa surprised Brittany and Jax and by attending their wedding over the weekend. The mother of the bride posted a photo with Lisa and Ken, thrilled that they were able to attend as Lisa originally backed out due to the death of her mother:
