The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has been ordered to appear in court and turn over her financial records.
According to The Blast, “a Los Angeles judge has ordered Dorit to appear in court on June 27. She will have to appear in court with bank statements and information about her sources of income.”
Dorit will also have to let the court know of any assets and property owned by both her and PK.
PK owes $1.2M to Nicos Kirzis, who loaned him the money back in 2011. Kirzis claims that PK hasn’t paid him a dime towards the debt and says that PK even tried to wipe the debt clean by filing for bankruptcy.
While PK recently made a $250,000 payment on the debt, Kirzis insists the payment only covered the interest that accumulated over the years and that PK still owes him $1,235,573.66.
Kirzis recently garnished “PK’s City National Bank account that he shares with Dorit for $29,634.10”
The RHOBH star attempted to stop the $30K from being garnished by claiming the money in the account is solely hers. Kirzis, on the other hand, said Dorit had no proof to back up her claim.
Meanwhile, Kirzis says that under California law any of Dorit’s money is also PK’s money because they are married.
PK recently scored a victory in another court case when a judge tossed out a case accusing PK of owing $75k to a sports betting company.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 9 p.m. ET.
