Yikes – Luann de Lesseps is rumored to be on the chopping block for season 12 of the Real Housewives of New York!
Radar Online reports that Bravo may be getting rid of the Countess because she has become such a huge liability.
Just last week, Luann found herself in hot water again when she was taken into custody for failing to comply with her probation. The RHONY star recently broke her probation agreement when she tested positive for alcohol and failed to attend AA meetings.
The Countess was released from custody on May 23 and her new reality includes“keeping a breathalyzer in her car, weekly telephone counseling, monthly in-person meetings with a psychiatrist and taking the prescription drug Antabuse.”
Now reports claim that producers don’t believe the RHONY is a good fit for Luann anymore.
“Producers are really considering letting her go because she has become a huge liability,” a source reveals. “She thinks that she is invincible, and producers are starting to think that being on the show is just making her problems worse.”
And it’s not only Bravo executives who think Luann needs to go, turns out her co-stars feel the same way.
“Many of her costars feel she needs to be held accountable for her actions,” the insider claims.
Meanwhile, Life & Style reports that Luann’s family and friends are upset that she isn’t taking her sobriety and probation seriously.
“Luann’s family, friends, and fellow Housewives are furious. She had them all fooled,” reveals a source close to the Countess.
“Everyone’s been so supportive of her sobriety and now, no one is going to trust her going forward – not the courts, not Bravo.”
