Housewives and radio shows – they go together like PB&J. Almost every reality star has their own podcast or radio show at this point and we have yet another one to add to that mix.
Page Six reports that Dorinda Medley is getting her own SiriusXM show, appropriately titled “Make It Nice.”
Not one to be modest, Dorinda made the ultimate humble brag when discussing the upcoming show by stating:
“Not to brag, but the minute that camera went on for ‘Housewives,’ I liked the camera and the camera liked me. I put on those earphones and I’m like, ‘This s—t’s good.’ I’m very good at talking to people and I love doing that, because I like people.”
Apparently feelings are mixed in the group as some of the New York housewives are thrilled for their costar while others aren’t quite as excited:
“Ramona was like, ‘You’re going to be great. You’re going to be fantastic. Bethenny was like, ‘This is great. This will be a walk in the park. This suits your personality.’ I haven’t heard from Tinsley at all, but that’s nothing new. We never hear from Tinsely.” Apparently Dorinda gave a pass to Luann for not reaching out as she “has got a lot on her plate” (understatement of the year!)
The show premieres on May 29th and covers everything from parenting, dealing with grief, entertaining and of course housewives.
I’m a fan of Dorinda but I feel everyone and their mother has a SiriusXM show at this point so I’ll pass. With that being said, Dorinda seems like she will be a natural fit for this type of role so I have no doubt she will ‘make it nice.’
