The Giudice Family is doing anything and everything to help keep Joe Giudice in the United States.
Teresa Giudice and her daughters, Gia, 18, Gabriella, 14, Milania, 13, and Audriana, 9, recently poured their hearts out in letters to the judge in Joe’s case.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star and her kids explained to Judge Ellington why they need Joe to remain in the United States with his family.
According to the documents obtained by Radar Online, Teresa is requesting that Judge Ellington take her children’s needs into consideration when ruling on Joe’s case moving forward.
“Judge Ellington, my daughters need their father. They cry for him every day … I cannot bear the thought of my daughters losing their father,” she wrote. “I am fearful that it will break them and that I alone will not be able to fix them. Judge Ellington, this is my greatest fear and it keeps me up at night. The fear that if I lose my husband, I will also lose my children, as they will never be the same.”
Teresa also shared her own feeling about her husband: “My husband is the true love of my life and the most amazing father that I could ask God for our daughters. I cannot imagine life without him. He is our everything and we desperately need him.”
“I now pray for the sake of my children that God show us mercy through your decision and he keep us together,” she concluded.
Gia also wrote her own letter and added: “There have been so many things that my dad has missed … It affects us all. I am asking you from the bottom of my heart to please keep our father with us.”
Milania, Gabriella and Audriana (via Gia) also wrote letters to the judge. In their letters, Milania called Joe her “best friend” and Gabriella said she “would be swallowed into darkness” without her dad.

Last week a judge ordered that Joe’s deportation be delayed until the court can review his appeal.
The order “temporarily granted” a motion to temporarily delay Joe’s removal from the United States.
After completing his 41-month prison sentence in March 2019, Joe was turned over to ICE and placed in one of their detainment centers.
Back in October 2018, Judge Ellington ruled that Joe would be deported following the completion of his prison term. Then in early November 2018, Joe filed a last-minute appeal to fight the deportation order that would send him back to Italy after completing his prison sentence.
However, Joe’s deportation appeal was denied by the Board of Immigration Appeals on April 6th leaving his fate up in the air.
Now, Joe’s legal team has filed “a stay with the Third Circuit Court of Appeals to keep Joe in the country.”
In the meantime, Teresa and her girls are doing everything they can to #BringJoeHome. On Tuesday, Gia Giudice created a petition to keep Joe in the United States, asking supporters to, “Please use your voice, your power, and your signature to help keep my family together.”
The Giudice family and their friends have also publicly directed their pleas to President Donald Trump in the hope that he will help.
I have to admit I cried reading the girls letters. I couldn’t help it. It’s heartbreaking.
