Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers‘ relationship may be over but the OG of the OC’s former boyfriend isn’t completely out of her life.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star recently filed a lawsuit against her infamous cancer faking ex-boyfriend Brooks who she dated for four years before splitting in August 2015.
However, the former couple is now back in the spotlight.
E! News reports that on April 11th, Gunvalson filed legal documents in a Clark County, Nev. court against Ayers for “breach of written agreement, breach of verbal agreement, fraud, misrepresentation, and other claims over money he has allegedly failed to pay back to” the RHOC star.
Ayers is accused of “failing to pay back $184,899” that Vicki loaned him in 2011. Ayers is also accused of “not adhering to a written agreement they made in 2016, in which he was to provide an accounting of his income.”
Gunvalson further alleges that Ayers “has not repaid her $81,652 she loaned him for attorneys fees stemming from litigation between 2013 and 2015. “
As for that fraud accusation, Gunvalson’s attorney claim that Ayers “intentionally represented to Plaintiff that he would promptly repay the funds borrowed from Plaintiff, when in fact, Defendant had no intention of ever repaying either of the loans.”
The lawsuit also alleges that Vicki suffered damages equalling $15,000.
Meanwhile, in other news, Vicki is also dealing with some health issues.
The OG of the OC revealed on Instagram that she recently underwent a non-elective procedure.
“Had another NON ELECTIVE procedure yesterday and feeling much better today. Thank you to all that reached out. #itsalwayssomething#cantkeepmedownlong #filmingtoday#lifeofvicki #puffybedwarmer #notababy,” Vicki captioned a photo of her recovering in a hospital bed.

No word on what procedure Vicki underwent but we wish her a speedy recovery!
