PuppyGate has officially taken over Bravo – on and off the TV screen. Since season 9 of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills kicked off in February 2019, PuppyGate has engulfed the entire Bravoverse and has Bravolebrities sharing their opinions and taking sides!
During a recent chat with Interview Magazine, Stassi Schroeder revealed her thoughts on #PuppyGate. The reality TV star turned podcast host/author even got REAL about her boss Lisa’s role in the drama.
In typical Stassi style, she didn’t tip-toe around her feelings. In fact, Stass was straight up about how she interpreted the drama in the 90210.
As an outside observer and RHOBH fan, Stassi says, from her perspective, no one person is completely innocent in the drama.
“I think everyone is a little guilty in this,” Stassi revealed. “I don’t think there are any saints in this situation, and I will stand by that.”
The Vanderpump Rules star then went on to breakdown her opinion on all the major players involved in the RHOBH doggy drama.
“I think that Teddi [Mellencamp Arroyave] came clean, finally. She’s already owned her shit. They’re skating over the whole Dorit [Kemsley] thing. All of a sudden she became a victim and I’m like, ‘Whoa, whoa, whoa.’ She’s the one who gave up the dog, so she’s guilty.”
When it comes to Lisa Vanderpump, Stassi admits that she doesn’t think Lisa’s completely innocent either.
“And I mean, Lisa, her hands aren’t clean. I don’t know what she did, but there’s no way that her hands are fully clean. The only thing I think about is the wellbeing of the animal,” Stassi confessed.
In the same interview, Stassi’s Vanderpump Rules co-star Lala Kent also weighed in on the drama.
“Here’s my opinion on the whole thing. Let’s take away the fact that they were using this dog to make people look bad. At the end of the day, this was a dog that was rescued from a Chinese meat festival.”
Lala then laid into Dorit telling the publication, “If you didn’t like the dog and it didn’t work out, pick up the damn phone, call Lisa Vanderpump, and take the dog back. Dorit is 100 percent at fault.”
Vanderpump Rules airs on Mondays at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
