Jacqueline Laurita is once again trying to unload her Franklin Lakes mansion.
Jacqueline’s Franklin Lakes home was prominently featured on the Real Housewives of New Jersey however that’s not helping it sell at all.
The six-bedroom, 5.5 bath mansion was first put on the market in 2014 for $2.85 million. The asking price was then reduced to $2.78 million before the home was taken off the market.
Later that same year, the Laurita’s lowered the price of their home even more to $2.3M.
The former reality TV couple faced foreclosure three years ago after failing to make their mortgage payments. In fact, the couple was very vocal about their money woes on RHONJ; claiming their money woes stemmed from their son’s costly autism treatments.
However, last year the RHONJ couple was able to dig themselves out of foreclosure.
So, what will a buyer get from the Laurita’s New Jersey home?
Well, the home comes with a“freshly renovated” two-story foyer, a great room with custom fireplace and wet bar. A modern kitchen with a wine fridge, commercial grade appliances, and more.
There’s also an “expansive” master suite with two walk-in closets; a finished basement with a playroom, wine cellar, and office.
