The cast of The Real Housewives of New York are all about real estate. New York City is one of the hottest real estate markets in the world. Stars of the RHONY, Ramona Singer and Sonja Morgan are opening up about their Real Housewives real estate. Ramona Singer has just re-listed her Upper East Side condo for $4.595 million dollars and Sonja Morgan has rented out her Upper East Side townhouse and is showing her new apartment in Columbus Circle.
Sonja left her Upper East Side, 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath townhouse and is currently renting out the home for $32,000 dollars a month. Now Sonja is in a lavish apartment in Columbus Circle. It features a pink kitchen. Sonja told People, “I love my new kitchen. It’s shiny and clean and petite, manageable and modern.” According to People, “The space features slick white cabinets with silver handles to match the stainless-steel appliances, and a breakfast counter Morgan completed with a pair of modern white chairs. The kitchen looks out into a living room that boasts a working fireplace, a large, white couch, and a fluffy rug.”
Sonja said, “The sofa is from Our House, it’s so classic and clean. And this beautiful, beautiful rug is from Nicole Miller. Very modern and fresh. I love the balcony. As you know, at the townhouse, I had a beautiful garden, and here, I have a slice of life from home. I have my plants, my herbs, my strawberries, mint, basil, everything I need to cook at home.”
Sonja loves her new master bedroom, even though it’s not an entire floor like in her townhouse. However; it does feature its own bathroom and a huge closet. Sonja explained, “I just decided to go with this fabulous blue paint from the south that wards off evil spirits. I just love this blue.”
Ramona had listed her almost 2,500-square-foot space in June of last year for a whopping $4.995 million, but she has since dropped her price a couple of times. Ramona also took it off the market for the holidays. Now she has listed it for the price of $4.595 million.
Ramona told Bravo’s The Daily Dish, “It’s bittersweet, actually, because the apartment is now so beautiful, and Avery’s leaving. It’s just, I’m going to be walking around that whole wing where she used to be, and I need a fresh start. I’m an empty nester, and I think it just makes sense to move to a smaller place. I’m traveling so much more, and I still have the place in the Hamptons. So, I just think it makes good, emotional sense for me.”
These properties are beautiful! I’m loving that the RHONY are back on right now.
