Hell may have frozen over!
This move on Kyle’s part is quite interesting considering her past relationship with Brandi.
Over the years Brandi and Kyle have had bouts of friendship but for the most part, they remained at odds during their time together on the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
But now with Kyle on the outs with her BFF Lisa Vanderpump, and rumors swirling that Brandi could be returning for season 10 of RHOBH this has us wondering: What does this mean?
Could Kyle be over her drama with Brandi? Have Kyle and Brandi made amends? At this point who knows but it’s all interesting to think about.
Earlier this month Kyle liked a tweet that featured Lisa being slapped by Brandi.
Around the same time, Brandi revealed that Lisa never liked Kyle at all and only remained friends with her for the show.
“Her and Kyle, Lisa hates Kyle, she always has and I don’t understand it,” said Brandi. Brandi claims that Vanderpump only ever wanted to reconnect with Kyle on RHOBH because it’s what the viewers wanted.
“Your reality is you don’t like Kyle and now you’re going to go pretend to like her because the audience likes you guys together?” she said. “It’s too much to produce those friendships.”
Meanwhile, Brandi took Kyle’s during season 8 when she was having issues with LVP and Dorit. Kyle pointed out the many times, over the years, LVP has punished her and others for calling out her bad behavior on RHOBH.
Throughout season 8, LVP brushed over Dorit’s errors and often made excuses for Dorit talking smack behind her back. While LVP did make Dorit jump through some hoops she made more allowances for Dorit, due to her longtime friendship with PK, than she ever did with any other friend on RHOBH including Kyle and Brandi.
LVP made it clear that she didn’t want to rock the boat with Dorit too much because she’s fearful of the damage it could do to her and PK’s friendship.
Brandi gave her two cents on the subject and agreed with Kyle’s assessment.
Fast forward to 2019, Brandi believes that LVP is “trying to take Dorit down for the things she said last season.” Moreover, Brandi doesn’t believe Vanderpump would “leave the show, ever.”
“There will always be payback with Vanderpump. She doesn’t forget anything, she will take you down,” said Brandi on the March 8th episode of her “Unfiltered” podcast.
In fact, Brandi says she sees similarities between #Puppygate and her time on RHOBH.
“All I can think about is the Adrienne Maloof thing, the surrogate thing. Lisa didn’t tell me that she had a surrogate, but I got the information from someone that was close to Lisa and Lisa made sure that the conversation came up,” Brandi insisted.
“She just wanted to take Adrienne down and she did and Adrienne lost her job,” revealed Brandi, who also admitted regret over her role in that storyline.
With all that said, Brandi and Kyle may have more in common than ever.
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills airs on Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
