Kim Zolciak was tardy for the party when it came to paying her AMEX bill.
According to Radar Online, AMEX sued Kim after she failed to pay her $215,000 bill.
Court documents show that AMEX sued Kim, 40, on November 19, 2018.
“Defendant [Zolciak] agreed to pay and was obligated to pay the Plaintiff for all extended credit on the Defendant’s account,” the complaint read. “Pursuant to the parties’ agreement, Plaintiff transmitted to Defendants a monthly billing statement for the account, and Defendant was obligated to pay the minimum payment due as set forth on that statement on a monthly basis.”
The lawsuit claims that Kim owes $215,925.90 to AMEX.
“The Defendant has failed and continues to fail to pay the amounts due and owing on the account,” the lawsuit read.
Turns out Kim’s hubby, Kroy Biermann accepted the summons when the Fulton County Sheriff served it on February 9, 2019.
As of now, the court case remains open. Talk about more money, more problems. Kim always brags about being loaded and is rumored to make $125,000 per episode of Don’t Be Tardy which adds up to $1.5M a season so it’s odd to hear that she has bills that are unpaid.
Meanwhile, unpaid credit card bills aren’t the only problems facing Kim and her daughters, Brielle and Ariana. The three recently launched their own lip kits called KAB Cosmetics, but it turns out the brand isn’t getting rave reviews.
Some fans who recently purchased the lip kits took to social media to complain about the poor quality of the products.
“I thought this product would be amazing,” one buyer said. “The pencil is super hard and when applying, you have to dig into your skin! The colors are super dark and nothing like the photos. Definitely a no go!”
Another complained, “My lipstick was delivered with a crack down the middle. It will break in half soon by the looks of it…”
Yikes. Sounds like Kim has a lot to worry about. But I’m sure she will handle it. And let’s be real even Kylie Cosmetics hit a few bumps in the road when it first launched.
