California dreaming!
Shannon Beador of The Real Housewives of Orange County is living lavish. Shannon has been going through a divorce from David Beador, but it’s not all bad. She’s recently moved into a mansion near the beach in Newport Beach, California. According to The Blast, Shannon’s new home costs $12,000 per month for the 4,000 sq ft home. It’s a cute five bedroom, five bathroom beach house in an exclusive Newport Beach neighborhood that features access to tennis and basketball courts, and a swanky community pool. Welcome to the OC!
Shannon’s home includes a master bedroom suite, laundry room and a powder bath. The backyard includes a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower. Shannon and David share three daughters together, and she’s seeking primary physical custody but David would have visitation. Shannon is receiving $22,000 a month in temporary spousal support that she was recently awarded in their divorce. Her new home is likely to be featured next season on the RHOC!
