Kristen Doute of Vanderpump Rules joined Andy Cohen for an episode of Watch What Happens Live to discuss Pump Rules, her love life, James Kennedy – and his mother, Jackie Georgiou. The current season is a wild ride, so Kristen had a lot to discuss!
James and his mother are on the show quite a bit this season and she has recently been criticizing Kristen and Katie Maloney-Schwartz on social media. James’ mother, Jackie, called Kristen a “single white female” and said that she has been abusing her son. Kristen has advice for his mom, “I think James mom should stay off social media. Some people should stay off social media. As much as I, God, I don’t want to defend James at all, but the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. So it’s the only time, I feel like this much bad for him.”
Is Kristen still in love with James? Kristen says no. However; the poll showed that many people think she still is. The poll results were about 50/50. Kristen found that to be “interesting.” She explained, “I am completely shocked. I mean James was a rebound not a relationship.” Kristen was also asked if she feels bad that James has to support his mother, which he revealed this season. Kristen said that we all have to support our families, and the only thing she felt bad for him was about “what a terrorist his mother is.”
So is Kristen still with Brian Carter? Well, it turns out it’s complicated! Kristen said, “Honestly, I bleed out for the show, I show every single second of everything. So for this, I’m just going to have to just say, we’re working on it. We’re figuring it out. Especially if you want to talk about what’s happening today, like the show airing and what’s been going on in our relationship for the past year or more. We’re figuring it out. We’ll let you all know when we get to that place.”
Since Kristen just had a birthday, the Vanderpump Rules crew had sent birthday messages to Kristen that made her cry tears of joy. Even Lisa Vanderpump sent her a lovely message, and LVP noted that they haven’t always gotten along but that she sends her lots of love. LVP also said that after the recent episode of the RHOBH, Kristen sent a thoughtful message to Pandora, Lisa’s daughter, and they were very touched by that. Not only were there thoughtful messages, but John Legend and Chrissy Teigen even appeared in the video!
I love Vanderpump Rules! They always bring the entertainment, drama and laughter. This was a good episode of WWHL. The messages from LVP, the cast, and John & Chrissy was super sweet. I’m excited for the rest of the season!
