Lisa Vanderpump may have shown up at the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 9 premiere but it turns out she didn’t actually stay for the party.
According to multiple outlets, LVP walked the press line at the season 9 premiere party but never actually made it into the party.
By the time LVP’s co-stars began to arrive at the party she was long gone.
E! News reports that LVP arrived an hour early to get her obligations out of the way and to avoid seeing any of her c0-stars.
A Page Six insider says “Lisa got to the premiere party early because she had a family and friends dinner at Tom Tom. As she was departing in her car, Kyle had just arrived.”
“They were at opposite ends of the restaurant at that point. Kyle was starting her interviews while Lisa was in her car,” the insider added.
Speaking of Kyle Richards, she confirmed to Us Weekly that she “didn’t get a chance” to greet Ken and Lisa.
“I was hoping to be able to say hello and say congratulations on season 9, but she left already,” Kyle revealed.
Teddi Mellencamp, on the other hand, admitted that “It’s been a while” since she last talked to Vanderpump but adds that she’s not actively avoiding her either.
“I’m an adult and I can be cordial,” Teddi explained. “But I can’t speculate on how I’d feel or act if the person isn’t here.”
Co-star Erika Girardi didn’t seem phased by LVP ditching the premiere party early.
“I mean, she came in early,” Erika said. “It is an all-cast event and, you know, she’s a professional, so …”
Sources say the cast wasn’t phased by LVP’s absence and “seemed closer than ever.” They all headed to L.A. hotspot Craigs after the premiere party wrapped to keep the celebration going.
Meanwhile, as LVP made her press rounds at the premiere party she talked about whether or not she will return for season 10.
Lisa was also quite surprised that everyone was shocked to see her at the premiere party telling E! News, “Why was everyone not expecting me? Well, I’m here. It’s my 330th episode, I think, of reality TV. I’ve never missed anything until now and that’s the way it should continue.”
However, Justin Sylvester of E!’s Daily Pop revealed that the RHOBH cast didn’t think LVP would be at the premiere because they were told she would be away in China.
“I heard that she has crumbed and told some of the cast members, or it got back to some of the cast members, that she was actually going to be in China so she showed up early on the carpet when she wasn’t supposed to and got there an hour or so before they even showed up. They didn’t even see each other,” Justin revealed on Wednesday’s episode of Daily Pop.
While LVP hasn’t made any final decisions to date, she did reveal that her return depends on a quite a few things including who else is part of the season 10 cast!
“Oh I don’t know yet they haven’t picked it up,” Lisa confessed. “I don’t know who the cast is. I don’t know what I’m doing.”
Adding, “I mean at some point I’m going to have to walk away I just don’t know whether it’s now or not.”
