Denise may be like a virgin when it comes to Real Housewives drama but her co-stars are giving her the 411 on surviving her rookie year as a Beverly Hills Housewife.
Bravo sat down with the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and they all shared their advice for newbie Denise.
While some of the Housewives don’t think Denise needs any help, she was married to Charlie Sheen, after all, others were happy to give their new friend a heads up about what to expect.
Erika Girardi doesn’t think Denise will “sweat these broads” after the drama she’s dealt with in her personal life. While Dorit Kemsley says there are “ebbs and flows” to being a new Housewife. In fact, Dorit told Denise to expect some “growing pains” and know that she won’t “figure it out” right away.
Lisa Rinna on the other hand “personally” gave guidance to Denise but was willing to share one nugget of advice.
“I personally told her all she needs to know,” Rinna explained. “Don’t trust anybody. No one”
Meanwhile, OG Kyle Richards had a little bit more sound advice for Denise.
“At the end of the day if you do something that you’re embarrassed about at least if you’re being honest about it and you’re speaking your truth you can live with that,” Kyle said. “It’s when you find yourself not being true to who you are that’s when you’ll regret it. I promise you.”
Teddi Mellencamp, who was an RHOBH newbie not too long ago, encouraged Denise to trust her gut and be authentic to herself.
“With this group the more you trust your gut and you’re authentic to who you are, it will show and people will love you for it,” Teddi explained.
As for OG Lisa Vanderpump, she called reality tv “real life on steroids” and warns: “Everything you said can be brought back because it’s on playback. So you kind of keep it straight.”
