The Real Housewives are flocking to Los Angeles this weekend to celebrate Andy Cohen.
Andy’s first child, a baby boy, is set to arrive any day via surrogate so it’s not surprising that Andy’s Housewives family wants to shower him and his baby boy with love and gifts.
Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards took the reigns and organized Andy’s baby shower for all the Housewives.
However, the shower itself is being co-hosted by fellow OG Housewives Vicki Gunvalson, Ramona Singer, NeNe Leakes, and Teresa Giudice, all who were present when Andy announced he was having a baby back in December.
“We kept the list to mainly Housewives to simplify things,” Kyle tells PEOPLE.
“Most men can barely handle one wife and Andy has a lot of wives to deal with!” she jokingly adds.
During a December episode of Watch What Happens Live Andy announced that he is expecting his first child via surrogate.
“Tonight, I want you to be the first to know that after many years of careful deliberation, a fair amount of prayers and the benefit of science — if all goes according to plan in about six weeks time I’m going to become a father.”

I’ve wanted to shout my personal news from rooftops, so finally telling everybody last week was a huge joy, and I love seeing the sweet reactions of the OG’s (who all told me after the show that they thought I was quitting.) We taped a special bonus episode with them that airs tonight at 11 on #WWHL
As Kyle reflects back on Andy’s announcement all she remembers is the joy on his face.
“When he made the announcement, I could see in his face how happy and excited he is,” says Richards.
She adds, “I think he’s going to be a great dad. I hope this shower is a special day that he will never forget.”
“We share so much of our lives with Andy and I was so touched when he shared this exciting news with us,” she says. “I’m so happy to be able to be a part of this exciting time in his life.”
On CNN’s New Year’s Eve show with Anderson Cooper, Andy revealed that he was having a baby boy.
“It’s a boy and I got to tell you something, I cannot wait to meet this boy,” he told Cooper.
“When I was growing up and when we were growing up … I just never thought it would be possible as a gay man to grow up and have a family,” he said. “And here we are in 2018, almost , and anything’s possible. And I’m so grateful to a wonderful surrogate that I’m working with.”
