There is a lot happening in Orange County right now. Star of The Real Housewives of Orange County, Shannon Beador, is in a court battle over alimony with her ex-husband, David Beador. Recently David’s girlfriend Lesley Cook, posted a video that went viral. However; it was not a good video – it was her having a meltdown in Walmart. Now sources are saying that David has ordered Lesley to delete her Instagram account after the incident, according to Radar Online. Apparently Lesley’s social media posts are hurting his case with Shannon. In the terrible video, Lesley is yelling that she lives in a $15 million dollar home. That’s not good for David’s case because he wants the amount he has to pay Shannon for alimony lowered.
Lesley had shared a video on social media that showed an argument she had with an employee and store manager at a Walmart in Irvine, California. The worker asked her about her purchases as she was leaving the store and was checking receipts. Lesley is a grown woman in her thirties, but she yelled, “I have the receipts in my hand. First of all, do I look like someone that would steal? You guys, I live in a $15 million home in Laguna Beach. This is a f***ing joke right now.” She also said that the employee was a “f***ing lunatic!” Of course, Lesley deleted the video after she posted it. However; it was already seen by tons of people and media outlets. According to Radar Online sources, “David flipped out, ordering her to delete her entire Instagram page.”

Apparently David’s alimony payments to Shannon were lowered from $30,000 to $22,500 after he told the judge that he would go bankrupt with those high monthly payments. Furthermore; he is trying to get the alimony payments lowered even more. Sources said, “David was so angry because Lesley was boasting about their $15 million home during a time when he is in a court battle with Shannon to try and cut down her alimony payments. After she deleted her page she apologized profusely and decided to go on a indefinite hiatus from Instagram.”
Shannon and David were previously scheduled to appear in court on January 23, however; the hearing has been postponed now. They are also dealing with custody of their children in court. That could be another reason why David would want her to delete the video and her social media.
Ah! This whole situation is insane to me. That video was immature and appalling. I wonder if it’ll be mentioned next season on the RHOC? I wonder if Shannon will get more alimony now? We’ll have to stay tuned!
Thoughts on this entire situation? Do you think David ordered Lesley to delete her social media? Do you think that David will have to pay Shannon more in alimony now? Do you think they’ll discuss this next season? Sound off below!
