RHOC daughter Briana Culberson may have left the spotlight but that doesn’t mean she’s camera shy – just take a look at her hubby’s Instagram page!
Briana Culberson (who for the first time did not appear on RHOC this season) has publicly shared her health battles over the years which had impacted her weight. The mom of two has had thyroid issues, been hospitalized multiple times and even ended up with a lupus diagnosis, but that doesn’t mean Briana is taking it lying down. Her husband recently shared that she had tried the keto diet and had lost a whopping 40 lbs in five months, also claiming it had positively impacted her health issues, writing:
“So proud of Briana my keto queen! It has been such a easy transition for us over the last 5 months.”
Before you get too excited about this whole diet, there may be a catch as it seems that Ryan may be promoting the program as he included a link to “Ketologic” on his Instagram page.
When a follower asked if it had helped her lupus symptoms Ryan claimed it had helped her significantly stating:
“Night and day! We plan on continuing it for life because of how well she feels.”
Ryan took it one step further to claim that no exercise was necessary and that changing their diets was all it took (somewhere Eddie and Tamra Judge are shuddering at this thought:)
“Haven’t lifted a weight or anything,” he responded to an Instagram question. “We figured trying to eat better was more important than throwing in multiple things and then getting frustrated and giving up.”
“All you need to do is lower your carbs and sugar intake and you’ll see a big difference.” But he did wisely suggest to consult a doctor.
Ryan and Briana left the OC to take on a more normal life for themselves and their boys with Briana being notably absent this season. There have been rumors of them feuding with Briana’s mother Vicki Gunvalson as the two had previously bickered on social media.
All I have to say is the Briana looks great and I’m glad to hear she’s feeling well but if Ryan is promoting anything for personal gains, as always I would research it before jumping on the bandwagon.
