Teresa is standing strong!
Teresa Giudice is dealing with a lot, with her husband, Joe Giudice, being away and facing deportation back to Italy after his prison sentence. Teresa has noted that they are appealing the decision and that none of this will be aired on this season of the RHONJ. However; her daughters are the ones taking it the hardest. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star appeared on Good Morning America, where she sat down with Michael Strahan to talk about Joe’s time away. Teresa said it’s all “heartbreaking.”
Teresa said “It’s hard for children to go through this.” She added the girls often say, “I want my daddy to come home.” They have been trying to keep the news from youngest daughter, Audriana, but she has been figuring it out. Teresa says that eldest daughter, high school senior, Gia, has become the rock for the family.
Teresa has of course been to visit Joe at FCI Allenwood in Pennsylvania, and she says he is being “very positive.”
This is such a sad situation but it’s good they’re all together as a family. I think Teresa is handling everything very well, I think she’s focused on staying strong for her daughters. They have one another to lean on and that’s a blessing. I’m so excited for the new season to premiere!
