Teresa Giudice star of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, has recently spoken out for the first time since her husband Joe Giudice’s deportation verdict. She is taking things one step at a time! The RHONJ star recently sat down with ET in New York City for her first interview since the news broke of Joe’s deportation order. Joe started his 41-month sentence at the Federal Correctional Institution in Fort Dix, New Jersey, in March 2016 and has been ordered to leave the United States at the end of his prison sentence. Teresa and Joe are fighting this and appealing. They are staying together and standing strong!
Teresa replied, “No,” when she was asked if she would ever divorce Joe. “We’re going to be a family, and we’re going to fight this and get through this.” Teresa and Joe are appealing the decision. When asked about if she would move to Italy, Teresa explained, “We are not even thinking about it right now. We’re going to take it day by day. We’re going to take it one step at a time. First, we’re going to process the paperwork to do an appeal, and we’re going to get through that.”
She is focusing on being proactive right now. “I can’t predict the future, and I am not going to be… I am going to be positive about it. Joe starts talking about it and I don’t want to talk about it yet. I am like, ‘We’re not talking about this yet.'” When Joe brings it up, “I shut him down,” she continued. “I don’t want to talk about it, and what comes first is our daughters and we’re going to fight this.”
You go, Tre! It’s sweet to see their family standing strong together throughout all of this. Hopefully they win their appeal and can stay united as a family. This whole situation is crazy. I’m praying for them. I’m so excited for the new season of the RHONJ!
