Radar Online reveals that the mother-daughter duo received major pay increases for season 7 of their hit show.
“Kim is now making $125,000 per episode which comes out to $1.5 million for the season,” the source spilled.
“And Brielle got a raise too. Now she’s making $16,000 an episode, pulling in $192,000 for this season.”
Kim threw a tantrum after she was accused of being racist on the Real Housewives of Atlanta season 10 reunion. Following the dicey reunion, Kim stopped filming for her spin-off show Don’t Be Tardy and threatened to quit. Bravo forced Kim to resume filming and gave her a salary increase as an incentive.
“Kim and Brielle negotiated more money and they got a raise,” the insider revealed.
However, Kim and Brielle aren’t the only ones who received pay increases. Kroy Biermann also got a pay bump for season 7 as well as an executive producer credit for him and Kim.
“While Kroy was playing football, he didn’t want or need to be paid much by the show. After he was out of the NFL he renegotiated his deal to become an executive producer and he got the same deal for Kim,” the source explained.“That way they can get more money from Bravo and the production company.”
