Everything is alright with Teresa and Joe Giudice, according to their family lawyer James Leonard Jr.
Despite the fact that the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple are in the thick of two back-to-back prison sentences their marriage is A-OKAY.
“Teresa is not talking about getting divorced, she is not thinking about getting divorced and she’s not filing for divorce,” Leonard told Page Six. “It’s not happening, not just now, but never. I can’t be any more clear about it.”
However, Page Six spies say Teresa is “going through a hard time.”
While Teresa’s “hard time” may not be related to Joe it could have something to do with her rocky relationship with sister-in-law Melissa Gorga, which will play out during season 9.
Meanwhile, Joe is scheduled to be released from prison in March 2019.
No word on what’s in store for the Giudice family once Joe is released from prison. Some say Joe is definitely getting deported to Italy while others say there’s a chance he could beat deportation and get to go home to his Montville home.
