Jim Bellino isn’t letting Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador off the hook anytime soon.
While Shannon and Tamra are fighting tooth and nail to get Jim’s lawsuit thrown out, the former RHOC husband is fighting just as hard to punish his former co-stars.
And now Jim is trying to rope in former RHOC stars Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley to help him do his dirty work.
Jim is asking the court to allow him to depose Slade and Gretchen; claiming that they “have indicated that they have testimony to provide that [Beador and Judge] have a pattern and practice of fabricating stories about various individuals” from “RHOC.” He also alleges that their testimony can prove that Tamra and Shannon “harbor ill-will, anger or hostility” toward him and his ex-wife, Alexis Bellino.
However, the accusations don’t end there. Jim also says that Tamra called him a “cocaine dealer” and “faux Christian.”
Despite Jim’s claims that Slade and Gretchen told him they are willing to testify, Slade is singing another tune telling Radar Online, “We were contacted by the lawyer and told him the last thing that we want is to be caught up in another lawsuit with anyone. I did not reach out to them at all. That is why we are being subpoenaed.”
Tamra, on the other hand, doesn’t want Gretchen and Slade to be able to testify; saying that Jim’s motion is based on “foundationless, conclusory hearsay” and that Gretchen and Slade’s testimony wouldn’t provide anything.
This all started after Tamra and Shannon appeared on Heather McDonald’s Juicy Scoop podcast where they alleged that Jim and Alexis’ divorce was fake, that their trampoline business left customer’s paralyzed, and that Jim was going to jail.
Now Jim wants copies of emails and text messages exchanged between Heather, Shannon, and Tamra before the podcast as he believes the ladies planned to discuss him.
Both sides are ordered to return to court on Oct 18th to discuss Jim’s motion to “lift the stay of discovery.” Meanwhile, Shannon and Tamra’s request to dismiss Jim’s lawsuit was pushed to December 6th. Jim is seeking $1 million.
