Bethenny Frankel and Carole Radziwill were once besties; however this past season of RHONY turned into a train wreck that we couldn’t turn away from with regards to their friendship. Despite their differences, Carole recently revealed how she reached out to Bethenny after Dennis Shields’ death along with the status of their current relationship.
Speaking out to Us Weekly, Carole revealed that she sympathized with the loss of Dennis, reaching out to Bethenny in a way that did not put pressure on either of them:
“I did [it] the old-fashioned way. I wrote a handwritten note”
Bethenny did not reply; however Carole understands as she had been in a similar situation:
“There’s no reason to respond back,” Radziwill told Us. “I remember when my husband [Anthony Radziwill] passed away. I really appreciated people who wrote. Email was around, but not necessarily texting. But to get a note in the mail was really nice, and there’s no pressure to respond to that.”
“I wish her well. I do. I know she probably went through a really hard time. I know what that’s like. You don’t wish that on anyone.”
“Ramona keeps in touch. There’s a reason why she has 25 really close girlfriends that she’s accumulated. She knows how to create and maintain friendships. So that’s a friendship that I’m sure I’ll see outside the show. That’s about it. I haven’t really talked to any of the … I’m not close to any of the other girls.”
Hm….now what does that mean for her and Tinsley?
