Time to celebrate!
The Real Housewives of New York star dodged a felony charge and jail time after agreeing to a plea deal.
In July, Luann pled guilty to battery, trespassing and disorderly intoxication.
However, that doesn’t mean the Countess is walking away unscathed.
As part of the plea deal, Luann will have to complete 50 hours of community service and attend 2 AA meetings a week in New York.
During her one year probation, Luann can’t use drugs and alcohol and will be subjected to random testing.
Luann also has to write an apology letter to the cop she hit.
Hopefully, Luann can stay out of trouble for the next year.
