Uh-oh, rumor has it Bethenny Frankel hasn’t signed on for season 11 of the Real Housewives of New York.
As of now, season 11 is set to start filming Labor Day weekend.
“Bethenny’s contract is much more complex than the other Housewives’ contracts. She’s usually late to the game when it comes to signing on but she doesn’t hold up production and she usually confirms just in time,” the insider told Us Weekly.
Despite Bethenny’s holdout fans shouldn’t be worried about her jumping ship. Sources say Bethenny isn’t even thinking about work right now and has no idea when she’ll be ready to jump back into things. Currently, the RHONY is focusing on grieving the loss of Dennis Shields and spending time with her daughter Brynn.
“It has been a tough time for her and she is just trying to mourn the loss of Dennis right now. She hasn’t thought about when she’ll be ready to get back to work yet,” a second source added.
However, another source reveals that Bravo and production have been very supportive of Bethenny.
“They are giving her space to grieve and letting her make the decision of when the right time is for her to return,” an insider says.
This isn’t surprising at all. Bethenny needs time to heal. But I guarantee she start filming on Labor Day weekend and won’t miss a beat.
