Danielle Staub and Marty Caffrey have dropped their restraining orders against each other.
However, this turn of events isn’t enough to save their short-lived marriage.
Page Six reports that Marty and Danielle appeared in Bergen County Court on Monday and decided to mutually drop their complaints.
Last week, Marty and Danielle both filed temporary restraining orders against each other following an incident at their home on Sunday night.
Cracks started to show in Marty and Danielle’s marriage when he commented on an Instagram photo of their wedding saying, “Sorry things didn’t work out baby. You aren’t what you pretend to be. Sad.”
This led Danielle to publicly reveal that her marriage was facing “difficulties.”
Since then Marty has accused Danielle of “financial, verbal and emotional abuse.”
Meanwhile, Danielle “believes that [Caffrey] is attempting to tarnish her reputation and career by making repeated false reports to the media.”
As of now, their divorce is still imminent.
