According to Radar Online, Bravo has silenced the Real Housewives of New York cast after the death of Bethenny Frankel’s on-again, off-again boyfriend Dennis Shields!
“Bravo told all of the ladies that they weren’t allowed to make a comment about Dennis’ death and Bethenny,” an insider snitched.
However, that hasn’t stopped several former and current RHONY from speaking out about Dennis’ death.
Sonja Morgan told Radar that Dennis’ death was “heartbreaking” and that Dennis was Bethenny’s “rock.”
Meanwhile, Carole Radziwill tweeted,“I just heard the sad news about Dennis. He was a good man. My condolences to all his family and friends. So tragic.”
Former RHONY star Jill Zarin also spoke out about Dennis’ untimely passing.
“I know what it is like to lose someone so soon. It’s unbearable,” Jill told the NY Post. “There is nothing worse than sudden death. You can’t prepare. There is no time to say goodbye.”
But Dorinda Medley, Ramona Singer, Tinsley Mortimer and LuAnn de Lesseps have all remained mum on social media and have not publicly offered any condolences to Bethenny or Dennis’ family.
“Everyone was warned not to say anything,” the source spilled. “But the ladies have all reached out to Bethenny personally.”
As for Bethenny, she attended Dennis’ funeral in Long Island, New York, on Monday. TMZ reports that “Bethenny is inconsolable.”
At this time Bethenny has yet to speak out about Dennis’ sudden death and to be honest I don’t expect her to anytime soon.
So heartbreaking.
