Brittany Cartwright is preparing for her big day and is doing everything she can to look her best when she walks down the aisle.
The Vanderpump Rules star is getting into the best shape of her life for her upcoming wedding to longtime boyfriend Jax Taylor.
“I’m so proud of my progress,” Brittany told OK! Magazine. “Being healthy and fit makes me feel so much more confident and happy with myself.”
To date, Brittany has lost 25 pounds and plans to continue her journey until she reaches her goal.
So how did Brittany drop the weight?
To get her figure wedding ready, the reality TV star began running and doing interval training.
“[It] really helped jump-start my weight loss,” Brittany revealed, adding that she also changed up her eating habits. “I still have to have my cheat days – I just make sure I have them in moderation now.”
Brittany’s feeling so confident that she recently shared a bikini selfie on Instagram telling fans, “I normally don’t post stuff like this but I’m feelin’ good. Still working on that wedding body of course, but I’m so proud of my progress.”
