Yikes, Bethenny Frankel is being a real B. The Real Housewives of New York star is making some pretty outrageous claims about her co-stars.
In a new interview with Money magazine, Bethenny opens up about her financial freedom while shading her co-stars’ finances.
Bethenny claims her RHONY co-stars can’t afford their lifestyles and if the show stops they will all be shit out of luck.
“They can’t afford the lives they’re living, and if the music stops, they’re going to get in some trouble,” she said.
“You can’t put yourself in a position where, if the shit hit the fan, you couldn’t pay all of your bills at one time,” she added. “If the world came to an end, I would be able to pay for everything. I might not be left with much, but I can afford what I have.”
The Skinny Girl mogul explains that when she was approached to do RHONY back in 2008, she made a key business decision that later resulted in millions of dollars in her bank account.
Despite making only $7,250 for the show’s first season Bethenny refused to sign the portion of her contract that would have forced her to give Bravo a percentage of the profits she made from any product she promoted on the show.
The business move later became known as the “Bethenny clause” according to the Skinny Girl founder.
“Everybody else just had to try to play catch-up after they saw what I did,” Bethenny said.
As for her co-stars, they have to comment on her claims about their finances but I’m sure they will have a lot to say!

I don’t think Bethenny should comment on other Housewives finances and make sweeping claims that she can’t back up with facts.
