Out of all of the cringe worthy marriage moments on the housewives series, few have been as uncomfortable as the scenes between Shannon and David Beador. Between the constant bickering, sleezy affair and snarky comments, few were surprised when the two split and it’s no wonder Shannon is counting down the days until her divorce is finalized.
According to Radar Online, Shannon is just days away from a major court date and she is more than ready to get it all over with. According to sources:
“She filed for divorce on December 1 of last year and he has caused it to drag out.”
Part of the reason the divorce has dragged out is that David has constantly opposed Shannon’s requests and demands – even claiming they would force him to go broke.
Part of the demands that he has opposed are Shannon being awarded “joint legal and physical custody of their kids — as well as $22,500 per month for temporary non-taxable child and spousal support.”
David further even claimed that Shannon’s “QVC deal made her a higher earner than him.”
Yeah..not sure if I believe that one David. Do people still shop on QVC anymore??
Due to the claims from both parties, the court has ordered an accountant to analyze both incomes and will present the findings on Monday. You know AllAboutTRH will be following this so stay tuned!
Shannon is more than ready for this nightmare to be over as the source adds:
“Shannon doesn’t care what David does or who he is with. To her, he is the father of her beautiful daughters and that is it.”
“She doesn’t interact with him now and never will other than to discuss their girls.”
Personally I’m rooting for Shannon, but I’ll be interested to see what this accountant has to say on Monday’s hearing.
