Hallelujah!
Teresa and Joe Giudice‘s bankruptcy case has officially been dismissed!
According to TMZ, the judge in Teresa and Joe’s bankruptcy case has “dismissed the matter.”
While the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple aren’t out of completely out of debt just yet they are very very close.
The two remaining creditors Teresa and Joe have to pay off are the IRS and the New Jersey Department of Treasury.
However, the reality TV couple already has a payment plan in place with both agencies.
This is great news for the RHONJ couple who have spent the last several years dealing with more legal drama than you’d wish upon your worst enemy.
Despite the good news, Joe is still serving out his 41-month prison sentence and still faces possible deportation once released.
Joe was initially set to be released from prison in August of 2019 but Us Weekly reports that after shaving time off his sentence Joe will now return home on March 14, 2019.
I’m so excited for Teresa and Joe! I think Teresa has been hustling her ass off to pay off her debts. I have no doubt Teresa will have her family completely debt free in the very near future.
Thoughts on this latest development? Do you think Joe will get out of prison this coming March? Are you surprised the Giudice’s have paid off so much of their debt? Sound off below!
