Ramona Singer is movin’ on up!
The Real Housewives of New York star is selling her beloved NYC apartment.
So, why the sudden move?
Well, Ramona is now an “empty nester” and frankly doesn’t need all the space.
“I’m an empty nester,” Ramona tells PEOPLE, revealing that her daughter Avery has recently moved out. “It’s time for something new.”
The Upper East Side apartment is on the market for $4.9M and boasts 4-bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Also included are floor-to-ceiling windows, marble countertops, and brand new stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and much more. Not to mention the building also includes a 24-hour concierge and doorman.
Over the last few years, we’ve watched Ramona renovate her NYC pad multiple times since divorcing her ex-husband Mario Singer in 2014.
But now it’s time for Ramona to say goodbye to her apartment of 20-years and move on to bigger and better things!
I think it’s great that Ramona is moving. She’s starting a new chapter in her life and I think a new apartment will do her good. While I’m sure Ramona’s apartment holds some wonderful memories it’s also haunted by some memories I’m sure she’d like to forget. Perhaps Ramona will venture outside of the UES bubble – then again maybe not.
