Season 13 of the Real Housewives of Orange County is already a hot mess and the show hasn’t even started yet!
Rumor has it that season 13 will only have 5 full-time Housewives after Bravo decided to make a last minute demotion.
It seems that the season 13 cast will be Vicki Gunvalson, Tamra Judge, Shannon Beador, Kelly Dodd, and Emily Moore Simpson with Gina Kirschenheiter as a friend of the Housewives.
Why the last minute demotion you ask?
Well apparently Gina wasn’t exciting enough and producers were not impressed. We are told she did film a lot but her role in the season will be dramatically cut down.
Rumor has it Gina starts out season 13 married but ends it divorced. Some say she wanted to keep certain things private which Bravo wasn’t thrilled about. This may be the reason why she is possibly being demoted.
As for the other newbie Emily. Sources say she makes an excellent addition to the RHOC cast.
In fact, some on Twitter believe that Bravo will make Gina speel the company by-line that she just couldn’t commit to a full-time role on RHOC.
While I believe this rumor is super juicy I just don’t know if I buy it. Bravo needs to do everything they can to save RHOC and a last-minute demotion seems like a bad idea. Plus fans desperately want 6 full-time Housewives for season 13! More women = more drama, hopefully!
Meanwhile, LALATE reports that season 13 is set to debut on Monday, July 9, 2018, at 9 pm.
If Bravo would just release the season 13 trailer all these pesky rumors would go away. I have a feeling we will have 6 Housewives for season 13 but then again I could be wrong.
