The Gorga clan has been plagued with rumors of money woes for years – so if there’s smoke is there fire? According to Page Six – yes!
Page Six is reporting that Joe Gorga was recently hit with a lawsuit from the company Starlite Window for an outstanding $17,000 balance with the company! This reportedly is supported by documents from the New Jersey Superior Court.
No comments have been made by the Gorgas at this time; however they haven’t had the best of luck with finances as of late. Joe was also sued over a slip at one of his rental properties and we all know that Gorga’s Homemade Pasta and Pizza has been a disaster with their partners. Recently there were also rumors of Joe shoplifting in Home Depot; however this is something he brushed off as completely ridiculous.
In addition, Melissa recently went through a legal ordeal with her previous business partner over her clothing boutique envy.
